Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- During high-volume periods (Black Friday, holiday launches, and the weeks around Christmas), processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Need it sooner? Choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up carrier delivery — it does not shorten our processing time.

Shipping time (after processing)
- We ship from the United States.
- Standard U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
- International orders typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on destination, customs, and carrier.
Estimated total delivery
- U.S. standard: 10–14 business days from order date (processing + shipping)
- U.S. during peak season: up to 17 business days
- International: processing time, plus 1–4 weeks
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Priority and Express shipping available at checkout; rates depend on order weight and delivery address.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, weight, and destination.
Carrier delays
- Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
- We're not responsible for carrier delays, missed scans, weather delays, customs delays, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
