Shipping & Order Status

Saints Headbands ships free to the Continental US and Hawaii, Alaska.  Shipments to Canada and international orders will be charged an extra fee which is calculated at checkout. 

I forgot to change my address on my order and the order was sent, what happens now..

Unfortunately, since this is out of our control, we have to wait for the package to be returned and then we can re-send it to the correct address. Please note that there will be a shipping charge added to the re-shipment   

My orders show delivered but I did not receive my package, what do I do now?

Our policy for lost or stolen packages is as follows. We suggest you ask your neighbors or contact your local post office or respective shipping carrier as the labels include a tracking number. If you are unable to locate the package and making a claim with the post office does not work, we will offer a 20% discount code for a new order. 

My order shows in transit for a long time, is it lost?

Once your package has left our store, it is beyond our control what happens to the shipment.  Please reach out to us and we will contact our local post office, open up a claim, and make sure we get some sort of resolution within 72 hours. We aim to provide excellent customer service.

My order shows Pre-Transit and it has been a few days, is it on the way?

Yes, once we print the shipping label, the order is shipped on the same day or the next business day if it is the weekend. USPS then needs to scan the package, sometimes that happens in the first sorting facility and sometimes in the second, or when it gets to your local post office. This means, there could be up to a 3-4 day delay on the update of the status but your order is on the way. 

What Do I Do If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

  • We know how it feels to fall in love with a piece only to find out it's sold out! Don't stress; we have you covered! Sign up to receive restock notifications when an item is back in stock:
    • Select your Size 
    • Select Email When Available
    • Enter your Email Address or Phone Number
    • Click "Notify Me When Available”

Do You Have A Physical Store?

  • No, for now, we are an e-commerce store only.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

  • We accept the following tenders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, Venmo, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Shop Pay Installments 

How Does Shop Pay Installments Work? 

  • Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. When available, Shop Pay Installments is an option for orders between $30 USD and $30,000 USD.
  • There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees, and checking eligibility has no impact on your credit.

Am I Eligible To Use Shop Pay Installments? 

  • To use Shop Pay Installments, you need to live in the United States and register for Shop Pay. When choosing Shop Pay Installments, the following limitations apply:
  • You can't pay for an order if the order includes currency in any form, including virtual and digital currency, like gift cards.
  • Orders need to be between $30 USD and $30,000 USD, including shipping and taxes.
  • If you change your Shop Pay phone number, then you also need to update this with Affirm before you can pay for another purchase using Shop Pay Installments.
  • Shop Pay Installments doesn't accept Capital One cards, prepaid debit cards, or prepaid credit cards.

How Do I Manage Shop Pay Installments? 

  • Your Shop Pay Installments orders appear in the Home tab of the app. You can tap on an order for a summary of your repayment status. Tap View installments for more detailed info about past and upcoming payments.

Making a manual payment on a Shop Pay Installments order: 

  • You can make a manual payment on a Shop Pay Installments order in the Shop app.

          1. From the Home tab, tap the order you want to make a payment for.
          2. Tap View Installments, and then tap Make a Payment.
          3. Select an option in the amount to pay section.
          4. In the Card section, select the card you want to pay with.
          5. Tap Pay now, and then tap Continue.

Change your payment method for an existing Shop Pay Installments order:

  • You can change your payment method on a Shop Pay Installments order while it's in repayment. Going forward, the new payment method will be used for payments on this order. If you want to update your payment method for multiple Shop Pay Installments orders, then you need to complete the steps below for each order.

           1. From the Home tab, tap the order which you want to change the payment                         method for.

           2. Tap View Installments, and then tap Payment options.

           3. Select the new payment method that you want to use. If you need to add a new payment method, then tap Use a different card, and complete the required fields.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

  • Of course, we do! Shop our Saints Headbands E-gift Card options HERE. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift card code to forward to the intended recipient.
  • Saints Headbands E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.  
  • Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.

How Can I Use A Saints Headbands E-gift Card Or Promo Code?

  • When you start the checkout process click the button that says add a discount code or a gift card.  
  • Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
