Refund policy
We will gladly accept returns of any items in their original unworn condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees (see below). Here are the details:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be full price and in the same unworn condition and packaging (dust bag, jewelry bag, tags) that you received.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
- For US returns, a flat rate of $6.95 (our shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, the full return shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
The following items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings
- Items on sale
