Refunds/Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:
General Returns
- Return Window: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Return Shipping: The item must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving it.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We do not provide return shipping labels.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at sales@saintsheadbands.com to request a return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away at sales@saintsheadbands.com so we can make it right.
- For items damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Without this, we cannot process an insurance claim with the postal service.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts greater than 10% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds are not issued for items purchased at a discount, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Additional Notes
- Returns will not be accepted for items where you simply change your mind.
